Our client wanted to extend an existing small ground floor extension outwards and upwards in order to gain a well-proportioned day room and a fantastic master suite incorporating a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room and a large en-suite. The rest of the house was also significantly reconfigured with a further two en-suites and cloakroom added. New windows and doors only added to the impression of a greatly-improved living area and to ensure the home was left as beautiful externally, the house was also re-rendered, a new driveway was created and both the front and back gardens were landscaped accordingly.
